Hi Folks Tulsa kendo is going to take part in a Charity Run for the Eagle Run Ops. This is a run dedicated to supporting at risk youth with a positive environment with community leaders such as veterans and first responders.
We plan on having a post run, get together after the race at Got Wood Axe Throwing Co. friends and family are more than welcome to attend, please read below for more details.

Hi folks the Tulsa Kendo dojo was invited to the AUSKF summer camp on August 16-18 in Salt Lake City Utah.
The guest instructors this year are Shinji Funatsu Sensei (Hanshi 8 Dan) from Osaka and Masaru Yamazaki Sensei (Kyoshi 8 Dan) from Aichi.

We will only have 10 minutes for our demonstration so please pay close attention to the commands given.

HI all we've been invited to perform a demonstration at the Gathering Place on June 1st. We will have a table set up, as well as perform a couple of demonstrations through out the day, showcasing kendo.
Please be sure to bring a change of clothing, and if you have a summer dogi, I would recommend using It, as this will be an outdoor performance.

Hi everyone its time for the bi-annual Nabeshima cup, Texas Open, and shinsa. In Dallas Texas. this is the largest kendo tournament in the Southwest region. and continues to grow each year. please mark your calendars and be prepared for a weekend of kendo!
