It’s with great pleasure we would like, to announce the 2021 July Shin Sou Fu Kan seminar. We will be conducting a free training event featuring instructors from the Southwest to participate in an event to grow stronger together.
This is a free event, and open to beginners and experienced kendo practitioners a like. The first half of practice will be dedicated to beginners practice. Please RSVSP with Michael Lindsay Sensei at [email protected]
The event will also be broadcast online via zoom for anyone who cannot make it in person.
The use of masks are encouraged for this event.

You are both welcomed and encouraged to practice your footwork and Suburi at home. For new members, practice the putting on and putting away of bogu, keikogi and hakama. Feel free to study and watch as much Kendo on YouTube sensei as you like. Both Furukawa sensei and myself are happy to answer any questions you may have during your home study.

Tulsa Kendo Dojo is proud to host the 2020 Sou Fu Cup Team Taikai and SWKIF Seminar and Shinsa. This event represents our dojo’s first-ever invitational Taikai, and we truly hope you and your dojo will consider registration.
